At the beginning of April, we came to work in Kökar with the beloved painting group. There was more snow than ever before at this time of the year during my visits.

Last weekend Saskiat of Pori organized a sketchbook/watercolor course where I was the leader. On Saturday we worked at the Satakunta museum and on Sunday we continued at Saskioien gallery based on the sketches made at the museum. I also managed to sketch in the museum. It was nice to be in a nice group!

Friday 3.3. the graphics exhibition was hung. Many thanks to Pasi, Timo and Ari of Pori Taidelainaamo for organizing the exhibition. The job was done well. The works are on display until the end of March. The lending office operates in the cafeteria of the main library.

It's great to be able to participate and represent Finland in perhaps the world's largest watercolor exhibition in the spring in Bologna, Italy and in the summer in Fabriano, a small town in central Italy known for its traditional paper making.

MEINAAMO goes LAINAAMO group exhibition of graphic artists from March 3, 2023 at Taidelainaaamo in Pori (the café of Pori's main library). Meinamo members Lea Vaittinen, Maarit Lipsanen-Rogers and Anne Kimiläinen present their recent productions.
